orders/pedidos Neckons I can return a product?
Unfortunately it is not possible return Neckons products for hygiene reasons.
However, those products may be returned within 15 days from the date of receipt of the product, provided it is bad manufacturing defect or failure to match the product with the published by Neckons quality.

In this case, the product will be technically inspected by our department to accept such return.

The products of incomplete, broken, which have been used by the client and does not match the concept of the return will not be accepted.
If the return is of this type, the client not entitled to refund . Instead, he proposed to send / returned products improperly with the next order you make. If you reject this option shall bear the costs involved.

How do I return a product?
You must contact our customer service via our contact form or phone (+34 902 918 963) and specify the order number, description or reference product and the reason for return.
